Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 1 1/4 ounces Earl Grey Rum
  • 1/2 ounce Punt e Mes (bittersweet vermouth)
  • 1/2 ounce pineapple juice
  • 1/4 ounce apricot brandy
  • 1/4 ounce Simple Syrup
  • 1 dash of Angostura Bitters
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1 lemon wheel

Method

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Add all of the remaining ingredients except the lemon wheel and shake well.
  • Strain into a chilled martini glass and float the lemon wheel on the surface of the drink.
