Ingredients
- Ice
- 1 1/4 ounces Earl Grey Rum
- 1/2 ounce Punt e Mes (bittersweet vermouth)
- 1/2 ounce pineapple juice
- 1/4 ounce apricot brandy
- 1/4 ounce Simple Syrup
- 1 dash of Angostura Bitters
- 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1 lemon wheel
Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add all of the remaining ingredients except the lemon wheel and shake well.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass and float the lemon wheel on the surface of the drink.
