Ingredients
- 1 c. self-rising corn meal
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. cream-style corn
- 1 c. sour cream
Method
- Preheat oven to 450°.
- Mix first 4 ingredients well.
- Fold in sour cream and mix well.
- Pour into preheated greased iron skillet and bake until golden brown.
