Ingredients
- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 pkg. beef mushroom soup mix
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 can drained mushrooms
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
Method
- Brown beef; drain.
- Turn heat to low and add soup mixes and enough water to keep mixture from sticking, but not soupy.
- Simmer 10 to 30 minutes.
- Add mushrooms.
- Remove from heat and add sour cream.
- Serve over noodles or rice.
