Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 can Italian bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c. milk
- 6 Tbsp. olive oil
- slices Provolone or Swiss cheese (optional)
Method
- Blend egg and milk with fork; dip meat in milk mixture and then deluge in bread crumbs to which you may want to add salt and/or pepper.
- After coating chicken, refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight.
