Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken, cut up
  • 1 bag mixed frozen vegetables
  • 2 cans cream of chicken
  • 1 c. broth
  • 2 cans biscuits

Method

  • Boil chicken in enough water to cover.
  • Remove chicken and cook vegetables in broth.
  • Mix deboned chicken, vegetables and 1 cup of broth with 2 cans of cream of chicken soup.
  • In separate pan (casserole dish), layer 1 can of biscuits on the bottom.
  • Add chicken mixture and top with other can of biscuits.
  • Cook at 425° for 15 minutes or until brown.
