Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken, cut up
- 1 bag mixed frozen vegetables
- 2 cans cream of chicken
- 1 c. broth
- 2 cans biscuits
Method
- Boil chicken in enough water to cover.
- Remove chicken and cook vegetables in broth.
- Mix deboned chicken, vegetables and 1 cup of broth with 2 cans of cream of chicken soup.
- In separate pan (casserole dish), layer 1 can of biscuits on the bottom.
- Add chicken mixture and top with other can of biscuits.
- Cook at 425° for 15 minutes or until brown.
