Ingredients
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1 pkg. butter flavor cake mix
- 1 c. chopped pecans or more
- 2 sticks margarine
Method
- In 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan, layer the pineapple and pie filling. Sprinkle cake mix over cherries.
- Over cake mix, sprinkle pecans. Cut margarine into patties and place on top of nuts.
- Bake 1 hour at 350°.
- Serve with Cool Whip, ice cream or just plain.
