Ingredients

  • 1 cup turkish apricots, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Amaretto liqueur
  • 250g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 100g TOBLERONE* White Chocolate, melted
  • 100g flaked almonds, toasted

Method

  • Soak the apricots in the liqueur for 1 hour or until the alcohol is absorbed.
  • Combine the Philly* and Toblerone until smooth.
  • Stir through apricots and any remaining alcohol.
  • Chill mix for 1 hour.
  • Roll 2 teaspoons of mixture into balls and then roll the balls in the almonds to coat.
  • Chill until serving.
