Ingredients
- 1 small pkg. lime jello
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. pineapple juice
- 12 regular size marshmallows
- 1 c. crushed pineapple
- 1 pt. creamed cottage cheese
- 1 c. pecans
- 1/2 pt. whipped cream
Method
- Combine jello, sugar and pineapple juice in saucepan; bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat.
- Add marshmallows that have been cut into small pieces.
- Cool.
- Drain pineapple.
- Add the remaining ingredients to jello mixture.
- Whip the whipping cream first.
- I use long square glass dish.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
