Ingredients

  • 1 small pkg. lime jello
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. pineapple juice
  • 12 regular size marshmallows
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple
  • 1 pt. creamed cottage cheese
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1/2 pt. whipped cream

Method

  • Combine jello, sugar and pineapple juice in saucepan; bring to a boil.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Add marshmallows that have been cut into small pieces.
  • Cool.
  • Drain pineapple.
  • Add the remaining ingredients to jello mixture.
  • Whip the whipping cream first.
  • I use long square glass dish.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
