Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter or margarine
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. nuts
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 pkg. whole graham crackers
Method
- Make layer of whole graham crackers in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Melt
- butter over low heat. Add sugar, milk and egg.
- Stir. Bring to a rolling boil.
- Remove from heat and add coconut, nuts and graham cracker crumbs.
- Pour over crackers in pan and cover with another layer of crackers.
- Top with thin layer of vanilla icing.
