Ingredients
- 1 c. low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 small ripe banana, cut up
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 c. fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 c. fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1/2 c. raspberry sherbet
Method
- Whirl all ingredients in a blender until thick and smooth.
