Ingredients
- 1 lb. marshmallows
- 1/4 lb. oleo
- juice of 4 oz. maraschino cherries
- 1 lb. graham crackers, crushed fine
- 1 small pkg. dates
- 1 small can coconut
- 1 lb. raisins
- 2 1/2 c. pecans
- 1 (4 oz.) cherries
Method
- Melt in double boiler the marshmallows, oleo and juice of maraschino cherries.
- In large pan mix dry ingredients.
- Pour mixture from double boiler over dry ingredients (slowly).
- Mix well.
- Pack in tube pan well.
- Place in refrigerator overnight. Slice thin and serve.
