Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. water
- vanilla flavor
- 1/2 c. white Karo
- 2 egg whites, beaten
Method
- Combine and cook until hardened ball forms in water. Gradually mix syrup into prepared egg whites.
- Add to and mix for awhile until mixture loses some of its gloss, then add pecans and blend with spoon until nearly hardened.
- Pour into buttered dish. When set, cut into squares.
