Ingredients
- 5 lb. potatoes, peeled and boiled
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
- 1 c. half and half milk
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 tsp. salt (can use less, if desired)
Method
- Beat the cream cheese.
- Add butter.
- Put in potatoes and mash by hand.
- Put in mixer and add remaining ingredients.
- Put into casserole and top with butter and paprika or cheese. Bake.
