Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
  • 2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 4 Tbsp. minced parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. melted butter
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 4 chicken breast halves (boneless)
  • 6 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • dash of paprika

Method

  • Blend bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, pepper, melted butter and garlic salt.
  • Dip chicken into butter and the bread crumbs.
  • Roll each piece into firm roll and toothpick each one. Put in pan to bake at 325° to 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
  • Sprinkle lemon juice and drizzle remaining butter over chicken.
  • Sprinkle paprika on top.
