Ingredients
- 2 slice Chicken tenders
- 1/4 Chopped green pepper
- 1/4 Chopped red pepper
- 1/4 Chopped yellow pepper
- 1/4 Chopped yellow onion
- 1/2 cup Brown rice
- 1 Chicken bullion cube
- 1 tbsp Butter substitute
Method
- Start rice, add bullion cube to water
- Heat pan over medium, lube with olive oil
- Cut tenders into bite size peices
- Add chicken to pan for 5 min
- Add peppers & onions for another 5 min
- When rice is done, add butter
- Serve stir fry over rice...can add low fat shredded cheese or hot sauce of choice.
