Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 pkg. onion soup
- 2 c. rice, cooked
- 1 onion
- 3/4 c. green onions
- 1 clove garlic, chopped fine
- cornstarch with a little water
- (no salt)
Method
- Brown meat, onion and garlic.
- Add water, a little at a time, until onion and meat are done.
- Put soup mix in.
- Add water, about 2 inches over meat, and cook down.
- Thicken with cornstarch.
- Add rice.
