Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Oleo cookies (2 rows only)
  • 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Method

  • Crush Oreos and set aside.
  • Mix pudding and milk until thick and put in refrigerator.
  • With mixer, cream together cream cheese, confectioners sugar and butter.
  • Then add with mixer Cool Whip, pudding and vanilla to cheese mixture.
  • Layer in bowl 1/3 crushed cookies, 1/2 pudding mix, 1/3 crushed cookies and 1/2 pudding mixture.
  • Cover with remaining cookies and refrigerate.
