Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Oleo cookies (2 rows only)
- 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 3 1/2 c. milk
- 1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Crush Oreos and set aside.
- Mix pudding and milk until thick and put in refrigerator.
- With mixer, cream together cream cheese, confectioners sugar and butter.
- Then add with mixer Cool Whip, pudding and vanilla to cheese mixture.
- Layer in bowl 1/3 crushed cookies, 1/2 pudding mix, 1/3 crushed cookies and 1/2 pudding mixture.
- Cover with remaining cookies and refrigerate.
