Ingredients
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 3/4 tsp. dried marjoram
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. white wine
- 4 fish fillets (about 1 lb. total; flounder, sole, cod)
Method
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- Using 1 teaspoon vegetable oil, grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan in plastic bag or shallow dish.
- Combine first 7 ingredients.
