Ingredients
- 1 or 1 1/4 lb. Oreo cookies
- 2 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 12 oz. Cool Whip
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 2 1/4 c. milk
Method
- Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and margarine.
- In separate bowl, mix pudding with milk.
- Add Cool Whip and then cream cheese mixture.
- Mix well.
- Crumble cookies.
- In medium size (approximately 1 gallon size) planter, layer cookie crumbs, pudding mixture, cookies, etc.
- Top with cookies.
- Cool before serving. Decorate with silk flowers so that end result looks like potted plant.
