Ingredients
- 6 corn tortillas
- Cornstarch
- 1.5 Cups green chile
- 1/2 Cup Grated cheddar or longhorn
- Chopped tomato, lettuce, onion
Method
- fry torts in hot oil till soft and drain on paper towel.
- Warm green chile and thicken w/ cornstarch as needed.
- Pour green chile into tortillas and roll up and place in a baking dish.
- Cover dish with cheese and bake at 350 for 10 minutes or till cheese melts
