Ingredients
- 2 cans artichokes
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- Dash of garlic pwdr or possibly salt
- Dash of Tabasco
Method
- Tear artichoke hearts into small bits.
- Mix remaining ingredients.
- Bake at 350 degrees till bubbly.
- Use as a dip or possibly on crackers.
- Serves 10 to 12.
