Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cup salmon, canned pink
  • 1/2 cup cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup celery chopped
  • 2 tablespoon onions chopped
  • 1 each eggs beaten
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 18 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 x hamburger buns split, toasted

Method

  • Drain salmon; reserve 3 tablespoon liquid.
  • Flake salmon.
  • In medium bowl, combine salmon, liquid, crumbs, celery, onion, egg, salt andamp; pepper; mix well.
  • Form into 5 patties.
  • In preheated lightly greased skillet over medium heat, saute patties about 3 minutes on each side.
  • Serve on hamburger buns with choice of toppings.
