Ingredients
- 6 to 7 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- Parmesan cheese
- 4 tsp. vinegar
Method
- Melt butter in nonstick frying pan.
- Add eggs.
- Cook eggs slowly until you start to see the yolk change.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, at least 1/8-inch thick.
- Slowly add vinegar, one teaspoon at a time,
- to the outer edge of the pan.
- This will flash cook the eggs.
- Serve with bread and preserves.
