Ingredients
- 1 cup Dhall
- 1/2 onion
- 2 green chili
- 10 grams curry leaf
- 1 tsp mustard seed
- 1 tsp cumin seed
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 1 tomato
- 1/2 bunch cilantro
- 5 grams dried chili
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Method
- cook the dhall set aside
- saute the ingredient
- last add in tumeric powder, curry powder, cilantro tomato & dhall
