Ingredients
- 1 lb. can salmon
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. liquid (salmon juice and milk)
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 c. bread, torn into small pieces
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
Method
- Hard-cook the eggs.
- Drain the salmon into a liquid measure. Break salmon into pieces.
- Melt 2 tablespoons margarine in saucepan; add flour and mix well.
- Add the liquid and stir well. Cook until thick and smooth, stirring constantly.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, chopped eggs and onions.
