Ingredients
- 1 doz. hard-boiled eggs
- 1 tsp. mustard
- approximately 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- approximately 2 Tbsp. sugar
Method
- Peel eggs.
- Cut in half, removing yolk into medium size bowl. Place egg whites in tray.
- Smash egg yolks until fine, crumbly consistency.
- Add remaining ingredients to desired taste. Refrigerate 1 hour.
- Ready to serve.
