- 1 lb. crab
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 4 Tbsp. bacon drippings
- 2 boiled eggs, diced
- 1 raw egg
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. hot sauce
- salt and pepper
Method
- Saute onion, green pepper and celery in bacon drippings and butter.
- Remove from heat.
- Add other ingredients.
- Put mixture in shells or casserole dish.
- Brush tops with equal parts of milk and catsup.
- Bake at 400° for 15 minutes or until slightly browned around edges.
