Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. hot water or soup stock
- 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 2 tsp. tomato catsup
- paprika
- 1 cut up fryer
- salt and pepper
Method
- Brown chicken in hot shortening.
- Remove and add flour to pan, then water for gravy.
- Simmer for 1 hour, but turn after 30 minutes.
