Ingredients
- 3 lb. brisket
- 1/2 pkg. dry onion soup
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 Tbsp. liquid smoke
Method
- Place brisket in baking dish.
- Sprinkle onion soup on top. Drizzle mixture of Worcestershire sauce and liquid smoke over top. Wrap in double layers of foil or heavy foil.
- Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
- Continue baking at 250° for a minimum of 7 hours.
