Ingredients
- 8 c. cubed turkey breast
- 8 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. salt
- 3 c. sliced celery
- 2 c. red or white seedless grapes, halved
- 8 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 2 c. mayonnaise (Hellmann's or Kraft)
- 1 c. toasted almond halves
Method
- Sprinkle turkey breast chunks with lemon juice and salt. Chill several hours. Add rest of ingredients and toss lightly. May be served on lettuce leaves.
