Ingredients
- 1 c. fresh fruit, blend or frozen fruit
- 1/2 c. apple juice
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 2 Tbsp. arrowroot
Method
- Blend fruit and juice in blender until smooth.
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Mix water and arrowroot until smooth and add to fruit; simmer 2 more minutes or until thick.
- Cool and serve.
- Bananas do not work well in syrup.
