Ingredients
- 2 c. brandy
- 1 c. whiskey
- 1/2 c. Jamaican rum
- 1/2 c. dry sherry
- 12 eggs, separated
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. half and half or cream
Method
- Combine first 4 ingredients.
- Beat egg yolks.
- Add sugar gradually and beat until light and lemon-colored.
- Add 1 cup liquor mixture, a drop at a time, beating slowly.
- Stir in milk and half and half or cream.
- Beat egg whites until they form soft peaks and fold into egg yolk mixture.
- Chill.
