Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh cranberries
- 2 qt. water
- 2 Tbsp. grated orange peel
- 6 cinnamon sticks
- 12 whole cloves
- 4 c. orange juice
- 1 c. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
Method
- Combine cranberries, water, orange peel, cinnamon sticks and cloves in large saucepan; cook until cranberries are soft. Strain.
- Add orange juice, lemon juice and sugar to strained mixture.
- Heat over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.
- Serve.
