Ingredients
- 4 c. rhubarb (fresh or frozen)
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 (3 oz.) box strawberry Jell-O
- 1 box regular yellow cake mix
- 2 c. water
Method
- Put into 13 x 9-inch pan in order given in layers.
- Do not stir.
- Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
- Top with whipped cream or ice cream or just serve as is.
