Ingredients

  • 500 grams unflavoured (white natural) yogurt
  • 100 grams green grapes (without seeds) quartered
  • 100 grams black grapes (without seeds) quartered
  • 4 tbsp honey (miele)
  • 50 grams cereals
  • 50 grams wallnuts, minced
  • 4 jars (or bottles) with lids

Method

  • Combine all grapes with 2 tablespoon honey in a bowl and mix well.
  • Set aside.
  • In another bowl, whisk the yogurt, with the remaining honey until softly whipped.
  • Divide half of the grapes between the jars.
  • Pour-in the yogurt.
  • Repeat a layer.
  • Top each jars with cereals and nuts.
  • Refrigerate at least 2-3 hours.
  • Best for breakfast!
  • Note: We can use icing sugar instead of honey, if desired.
