Ingredients
- 1 deep dish pie shell (baked)
- 1 -3 oz. Peach Jello
- 2/3 cup boiling water
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1 small cool whip
- 1 1/2 cups of diced peaches
Method
- Add Jello to the boiling water and stir until Jello dissolves well and let cool.
- Mix ice cream and cool whip together and add cold peaches.
- Then pour in the cool jello and water mixture. Pour in the ready cooked deep pie shell and refrigerate until firm.
