Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. finely chopped pecan nuts
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 large container Cool Whip
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 (3 oz.) boxes instant pudding (any flavor)
- 3 c. milk
Method
- Combine flour, pecans and margarine.
- Press into sheet cake pan with fingers.
- Bake at 375° for 12 minutes.
- Cool.
- Cream powdered sugar, cream cheese and 1/2 container Cool Whip and vanilla.
- Beat well.
- Spread over cooled crust.
- Prepare pudding mix with milk.
- Spread over cheese layer.
- Top with remaining Cool Whip; sprinkle with chopped pecans.
