Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped pecan nuts
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 large container Cool Whip
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 (3 oz.) boxes instant pudding (any flavor)
  • 3 c. milk

Method

  • Combine flour, pecans and margarine.
  • Press into sheet cake pan with fingers.
  • Bake at 375° for 12 minutes.
  • Cool.
  • Cream powdered sugar, cream cheese and 1/2 container Cool Whip and vanilla.
  • Beat well.
  • Spread over cooled crust.
  • Prepare pudding mix with milk.
  • Spread over cheese layer.
  • Top with remaining Cool Whip; sprinkle with chopped pecans.
