Ingredients
- 1 chicken, boiled and deboned
- 8 oz. spaghetti, cooked in chicken broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small box Velveeta cheese
Method
- Saute onion and pepper in oleo until done. Add last 3 ingredients. Cook until blended.
- Put spaghetti and chicken in a large casserole dish.
- Pour the other ingredients over the spaghetti and chicken; mix well. Bake at 350° until done.
