Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 unbeaten eggs
- 1 1/2 c. chopped dates
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. Rice Krispies
Method
- Mix the first 2 ingredients in frying pan and cook over low heat until eggs are cooked.
- Add dates.
- Cook until soft.
- Remove from heat and add vanilla and Rice Krispies.
- Grease hands well and form into balls.
- Roll in coconut.
