Ingredients
- 2 cans artichoke hearts
- 2 to 3 gloves garlic, minced
- 1 c. mayo
- 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Method
- Drain and chop artichoke hearts.
- Mix garlic, mayo and artichokes.
- Spread in baking dish; bake at 350° for about 40 to 45 minutes.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Serve warm with crackers.
