Ingredients
- 2 ounces, fluid Dark Rum
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Grated Ginger Root
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
- 1 whole Navel Orange, Washed And Sliced, To Garnish
- Ice, To Fill Your Highball Glass
- 4 ounces, fluid Ginger Beer
Method
- 1. Pour rum, grated ginger and lime juice into to a cocktail shaker. Put the lid on and shake for 10-15 seconds.
- 2. Add a circular slice of orange into your highball glass. Add ice as desired and pour in the rum mixture.
- 3. Top with the ginger beer.
- 4. Garnish with an orange wedge on the rim. Enjoy!
