Ingredients

  • 2 ounces, fluid Dark Rum
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Grated Ginger Root
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
  • 1 whole Navel Orange, Washed And Sliced, To Garnish
  • Ice, To Fill Your Highball Glass
  • 4 ounces, fluid Ginger Beer

Method

  • 1. Pour rum, grated ginger and lime juice into to a cocktail shaker. Put the lid on and shake for 10-15 seconds.
  • 2. Add a circular slice of orange into your highball glass. Add ice as desired and pour in the rum mixture.
  • 3. Top with the ginger beer.
  • 4. Garnish with an orange wedge on the rim. Enjoy!
