Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs (2 large)
- 1 3/4 c. milk
- 2 c. corn (fresh, frozen or canned), drained
Method
- Blend butter, sugar, flour and salt.
- Add eggs and beat well. Stir in corn and milk.
- Pour ingredients into a buttered casserole and bake 45 minutes at 325°.
- Stir once halfway through cooking. When done, pudding will be golden brown and a knife inserted will come out clean.
