Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce, rinsed, drained and chilled
- 1 pt. dandelion greens, rinsed, drained and chilled
- 4 small onions
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1/3 lb. Swiss cheese
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 tsp. vinegar
- 2 medium tomatoes, cut into quarters
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Cut lettuce, greens, onions, green pepper and Swiss cheese into small pieces.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper, tossing lightly.
- Add olive oil and vinegar, toss lightly.
- Gently mix in the tomatoes and eggs or leave on top.
