Ingredients
- 1 cup DOLE(R) Canned Pineapple Juice
- 12 ounces lowfat vanilla yogurt
- 8 ounces DOLE(R) Frozen Blueberries and/or Strawberries
- 4 ripe bananas, sliced
Method
- Step 1: Combine pineapple juice, yogurt, blueberries and bananas in blender container. Cover; blend until smooth.
- Step 2: Pour into popsicle molds and freeze at least 4 hours.
