Ingredients
- 1 cup oatmeal (quick-cooking or instant)
- 12-1 cup buckwheat flour
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup milk or 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
Method
- Grind oatmeal into a flour in food processor.
- Mix ingredients in mixing bowl.
- Blend well.
- Pour onto griddle and cook well on both sides.
- Eat.
- Enjoy.
