Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1 pkg. dry sour cream mix
- 3 or 4 green onions and tops
- 1/4 lb. chipped dried beef
- milk
Method
- Soften cream cheese to room temperature.
- Mix sour cream; mix as directed on package.
- Mix cream cheese and sour cream mixture thoroughly.
- Chop onions and add to mixture.
- Shred beef in and stir.
- Refrigerate.
