Ingredients
- 1 duck, cut up
- salt
- 1 onion
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 qt. tomato juice
- 1 Tbsp. marjoram
- water
- 1 qt. milk
- 2 eggs
- 12 Tbsp. flour
- blood from duck, mixed with some vinegar to keep smooth
Method
- Put duck, salt, onion, vinegar and tomato juice in a large pot.
- Add enough water to make about 2 gallons.
- Boil all this until duck is tender.
- Remove duck and onion.
