Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. cubed pork
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 2 c. chopped celery
- 2 cans bean sprouts
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch and water enough to make a paste
Method
- Brown up cubed pork in oil.
- Add onion and celery and cook until soft.
- Add the bean sprouts and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add soy sauce.
- Thicken with the cornstarch and water mixture by stirring it in.
