Ingredients

  • 3 whole chicken breasts, cooked and cut up
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
  • 10 1/2 oz. can cream of chicken soup
  • 2/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. grated cheese
  • 1/3 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. curry powder
  • bread crumbs

Method

  • Cook chicken and cool.
  • Cook broccoli until nearly tender. Place well-drained broccoli in buttered baking dish.
  • Cover with cut-up chicken.
  • Mix soup, mayonnaise, cheese, evaporated milk, lemon juice and curry powder.
  • Pour over chicken.
  • Cover with buttered bread or cracker crumbs.
  • Bake near center of oven at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
