Ingredients
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 small ripe tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 12 cucumber, peeled seeded and diced
- 1 scallion, including 3 inches of the green part thinly sliced
- 12 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 12 cup chitecpin chili, seeded and minced (to taste)
Method
- mix all the indgreients together in a small,non-reactive bowl.
- cover & place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to mingle.
- serve chilled.
